We cannot emphasize enough the significance of adopting a healthy lifestyle to reduce stroke risk. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, managing blood pressure, and avoiding smoking are crucial steps in stroke prevention. Additionally, understanding personal risk factors, such as family history and underlying health conditions, can help individuals take proactive measures. Education and awareness are key.
Here at Precision, we take pride in our stroke heroes. Of our dedicated clinicians, 70% have received training from the American Heart and Stroke Association on up-to-date stroke guidelines and have experience working at a stroke center or directly managing and caring for stroke patients, an additional 20% have been certified by NIHSS. By spreading awareness, we aim to reduce the incidence of strokes and improve outcomes for stroke survivors.
Together, we can make a significant difference in the fight against strokes.
