Precision Personal Assistant Service Provider
Qualifications:
PASP shall possess all requirement of agency, including but not limited to the following:
Have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with people with disabilities in a professional environment (e.g., academic, government, medical).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Familiar with the functionality of assistive technology software including, but not limited to, screen magnification, screen reading, voice recognition, text-to-speech, and optical character recognition.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, Strong interpersonal
- Skilled at reading technical and non-technical documents aloud to consumers and attentive to pacing, pronunciation, and
- Ability to organize files and assist with light filing.
- Ability to attend meetings, training, with the consumer in person or remotely and accurately capture in writing the salient points of the discussion as defined by the consumer.
- Ability to proofread notes; revise for content clarity, grammar, and punctuation; and electronicallydisseminate to the consumer within two (2) business days of the meeting or training’s end
- Ability to travel with an individual on work-related trips (e.g., site visits, travel to/from workshops, training, conferences, events).
- Ability to lift, pack, and unpack work
- Exhibits cultural sensitivity, experience, and knowledge of working with people who have diverse disability-related needs.
